A public support email is not published yet. Use the steps below for the current app, and the privacy page for what the account stores.

Calls

On iPhone, turn on United Shield in Call Directory settings. Numbers you personally blocked can be blocked. Community reputation can identify a caller and does not block that caller. On Android, set United Shield as the call-screening app. It blocks numbers you personally blocked.

Texts

On iPhone, select United Shield for SMS filtering. It can apply to unknown senders. Messages from known senders may never reach it. Android text filtering is not set up.

Gmail

Gmail protection is optional and works after you connect Gmail in the app. It can move qualifying new Inbox mail to Trash based on the sender. Connection is not open for every Google account yet.

Recovery Vault

Recovery Vault lists mail United Shield moved to Gmail Trash, while Gmail still has it there. Restoring a message does not unblock the sender. Gmail controls Trash retention.

Search

Search checks a phone number, email address, domain, or URL you enter. A result can be incomplete. Reporting it adds your category to community reputation.

Enter the sender number or check the link yourself. United Shield does not read the chat. Use WhatsApp’s own block and report controls if you want WhatsApp to act on that sender.

Privacy and account deletion

Read the privacy page for the data United Shield handles. You can delete the account in the app. Deletion signs you out and clears the protection lists stored on the device. It is designed to remove the United Shield account data tied to that account.
